I LOVE RANTING!!!

Isn't it funny how jeans fit everybody in different ways?
I know that's an odd question but hey it was the first thing that came to mind. Wow haven't been on here in a long time, it's almost christmas and I haven't gotten anything for anybody... I'm only 17 and don't have a job (wish i did) and so the only way I can get people gifts is if I do stuff for my dad's wife. She's not my step mom I won't call her that for many reasons I'd rather not post online.
I've been really bored lately, like really.

I think I need to re-think my life a little bit but then again I'm just rambling here while listening to Paramore. I've come to the conclusion that there are a lot of weird names out there, interesting but weird all the same.
I find it funny that when I'm writing or ranting like I am now, I tend to sound way different than if you'd be talking to me face to face. I use words I don't even know the meanings to and then when I look them up I find that they mean exactly what I meant. I don't know why but I just see that as funny.
I'd really like to see snow this year for Christmas but I live in California so not gonna happen unless I take a long drive north. I kinda hate Christmas, maybe it's because I stopped believing in santa a little early or maybe it's the fact that I haven't seen my mom in almost two years. It's my fault too (long story). I seriously just want to go live in a cave somewhere where no one except a select few will bother me.
I find the idea of barely surviving very... Thrilling. I mean I'm sure it's not like it is in books but when I'm reading a book about survival and scavanging for the things humans need I feel very excited. I love imagining that I could be on a plane and crash land in the ocean only to find a small bit of land to live on till a rescue team comes. Or like in The Hunger Games (great books by the way) I think though it would be scary to be in the arena I would find a strange joy about it.
well there's my little one minute rant so go do something useful drink some water and take deep breaths, you never know when you'll be able to again...

ranting of boredom...

ok so I know I told you I was gonna do another book review spacifically "Beautiful Creatures" but it's late I got school 2maro and I'm bored so here I am.

Here's a question: Do you think we might walk by the person we're meant to be with everyday and not know who the heck they even are? Well that question popped in my head today... You all know about Mystery Green Eyed Guy (MGEG) well I know that he's in my dreams but I think he could more than likely be real... I know I'm talking crazy but what if? The reason I ask you this my friends is because today I went to the park with some friends and while we played in a big field type thing there was this young guy staring at me the whole time- while working on some sort of paper or sketch- It might just be my imagination but he seemed very familiar and though I was at a distance he looked a lot like the guy from my dreams...
So just ponder with me for a minute or so, it was also odd that I saw the same guy infront of my friends house before we got there and my friend doesn't live that close to the park, but maybe the most scary thing was it seemed like he was trying to get the guts to come up to me or maybe he was just trying to focus on his paper. My friends and I were pretty loud but if that were the case wouldn't he just move? I don't know why I'm telling you this but I feel the need to write about it except I probably shouldn't have done it online but here I am anyway, and I'm sure after this everything will change of course only I know what's going to change but I want to keep it that way...

In other news my book is going rather well gettin lots of writing done and what not, if you'd like to read a preview go here http://risiblerandom.deviantart.com/art/The-meeting-Evie-and-Ian-175005245 here http://risiblerandom.deviantart.com/art/The-Blush-Evie-and-Ian-179272808 and here http://risiblerandom.deviantart.com/art/Chaotic-Art-Evie-and-Ian-181309509 I hope you like them. And with that I bid you goodnight...

Perfect You by: Elizabeth Scott

About the book: Kate Brown's life has gone downhill fast. Her father has quit his job to sell vitamins at the mall, and Kate is forced to work with him. Her best friend has become popular, and now she acts like Kate's invisible.

And then there's Will. Gorgeous, unattainable Will, whom Kate acts like she can't stand even though she can't stop thinking about him. When Will starts acting interested, Kate hates herself for wanting him when she's sure she's just his latest conquest.

Kate figures that the only way things will ever stop hurting so much is if she keeps to herself and stops caring about anyone or anything. What she doesn't realize is that while life may not always be perfect, good things can happen -- but only if she lets them...

This was just a pretty good book, it wasn't all out FANTASTIC! but it was pretty good. To myself I feel a lot like Kate, not letting anyone in and having everything just fall out of place. Sometimes it get's over whelming. I really did like this book over all and Will is just a really cute character I found myself falling in love with. Kate's dad on the other hand he needs to grow up, A LOT! I hated him I couldn't believe that he just gave up on his family that way. It really pissed me off actually and now that I look at him and my dad there isn't much difference between the two. I'm so glad I'll be out of this house in a year and a half!

My next review will be on "Beautiful Creatures" By Kami Garcia and Margaret Stohl

Immortal...

The acclaimed author of "The Actual Real Reality of Jennifer James" delivers the first novel in a tantalizing new paranormal romance series about first love, friendship, fate--and a teen who discovers she is a witch.

Description: Welcome to Wyldcliffe, the place that haunts my present, my past, and my future.Wyldcliffe Abbey School for Young Ladies is elite, expensive, and unwelcoming. When Evie Johnson is torn from her home near the sea to become the newest scholarship student, strict teachers, snobbish students, and the oppressive atmosphere of Wyldcliffe leave her drowning in loneliness. Evie's only lifeline is Sebastian, a mysterious and attractive young man she meets by chance. As Evie's feelings for Sebastian blaze with each secret meeting, she begins to fear that he is hiding something about his past. And she is haunted by glimpses of a strange, ghostly girl-a girl who is so eerily like Evie she could be a sister. Evie is slowly drawn into a tangled web of past and present that she cannot control. As the extraordinary, elemental forces of Wyldcliffe rise up like the mighty sea, Evie is faced with an astounding truth about Sebastian, and her own incredible fate.

To be completely honest I did not enjoy this book. not only did it drag along but it just didn't make much sense to me...
I did actually read the whole book and apparently there's more than one so if you'd like me to read the others comment and request it. But if not then I'm not going to waste my money because I honestly did not like this.
If you liked it please tell me why in the comments :) I'd be glad to know why you disagree with me. and again if you'd like me to report back with the second book just request and I'll do so. If not then the next review will be on "Perfect You" by Elizabeth Scott so happy reading!

Linger by: Maggie Stiefvater :D

Sequel to Shiver

About the book: In Stiefvater's Shiver, Grace and Sam find each other. Now, in "Linger," they must fight to be together. At turns harrowing and euphoric, Linger is a spellbinding love story that explores both sides of love--the light and the dark, the warm and the cold--in a way readers will never forget.

I most deffinately won't forget this book like they said lol. This book was so very sad on so many levels it was hard to read but I loved it all the same, Maggie has done the impossible with me and my reading- she made me cry, which she loves to do by the way- There's only been two books I cried for #1 Shiver #2 Linger lol I actually just met her last night at the Glendale signing of the 26th at BORDERS across the street from In-N-Out burger where I had dinner afterword. It was so exciting meeting her with my best friend Cheyenne :) Also I got to represent a shiver/linger fansite called behindyelloweyes.com which I made a t-shirt for that you can see :) both Cheyenne and I wore.

Anyway go buy Linger like now! lol no but seriously go............... what are you still doin here get, go!

The Forgotten!

Hello to my new and first followers! So happy to have you here- I mean I don't really have you here but a... Nevermind.
Hi, hello little hyper right now since in like an hour or so I'll be going to get a new book :) but I'm here to talk about a different one.

Introducing The forgotten by Jennifer Phillips!
Yes the sequel to The Mediator
The forgotten is the sequel to the mediator. After tragedy strikes, Rob starts acting strange and Cassie is having visions of someone she doesn't know -Elle. Elle is the only one who knows enough to save Rob from himself and Cassie from Rob. Love is a battlefield and the war is on!
This book was just as amazing as the first one and truly you'll want it on your bookshelf or at least on your "next to read" book list.
Funny thing; through-out the entire book I was anoyed yes anoyed but this is the funny part to me if it's anoying (in a good way) then it was really good! took me two days to read since it's slighty longer than The Mediator
But so so good!
Oh and here's a plus! Both The Forgotten and The Mediator are on sale right now for the summer at lulu.com so please go buy it and support Jen for her awesome work! by the way there is a third coming soon Jennifer is still in the process of writing it so I'm fully psyched! Happy Reading!

Up to date with my pages

Hey there, sorry it's been a while I've been really busy. And my Internet isn't working because my dad forgot to pay the bill so now I'm forced to use my phone. Oh well,
quick update: my next book review will be up soon, I've been dealing with tired teachers and anoying class mates so my life is pretty Chaotic at the moment. Speaking of the word "Chaotic" Have I told you I'm writing a book? Probably not well anyway it's called Chaotic Art eventhough it has nothing to do with the title except one quote I put in it. My progress is coming along splendidly so hopefully I'll be able to get it published by the end of this year or the begining or middle of the next. It's about a girl named Evie Day that has dreams of this mystery green eyed guy (sound familiar?) Then her life is somehow turned upside down and put into place all at the same time when she unexpectedly meets him at a party at the begining of the summer; Enter Ian Bright, the mystery green eyed guy from her dreams. And she's the blue eyed girl from his!? He knows something she doesn't about the both of them, and how they're conected in more than just seeing each other in their dreams and the slow growing love between them both. Evie's life is on the line with a close relitive of Ian- his own older brother who thinks Evie will exspose them all if she's not careful- Ian is now forced to protect his new found love and go against the older brother he's looked up to for years. By some twist of fate His older brother- Danny-has done this before with their younger sister-Kailey.

So there's a little info I hope it intrigues you to buy it when it comes out :)
until next time see you all later

The Mediator!

Hello Again, well guess what... I read another book (ANOTHER ONE) what is that like a hundred now? (way more than that...)
Now I'm going to stop babbling and tell you about this wonderful book...
The Mediator By Jennifer Philips, like I said on my last post I had read a preview of it and really liked it so I decided to buy it, which brings us to right now I read it in exactly 24 hours. Yes in one day I read the whole thing! from the time the post man dropped it off to the exact same time the next day and just to let you know if I finish a book that quickly that means it was good (REALLY GOOD!). I loved the dialog the characters (well except Kyle) but he did play big part so he's kinda important... But anyway it was fan-didley-astic! the story line was great and just the thrill of the story It kept me awake so to speak. I absa-freakin-lutley suggest it! please go buy it on lulu.com and support Jennifer because she's really talented!

Also her sequel is already out too it's called "The Forgotten" I plan on getting it in actually a few minutes lol :) so the next post will probably be on it or a book I read just before The Mediator called "Wild Roses" by Deb Caletti...

New Book Review/ Green Eyed Mystery Guy

Hello again! Me here (obviously) just a quick update my next book Review will be on "The Mediator" by Jennifer Philips. I recently heard about the book through Jennifer herself on Twitter. "@jentweets04" (incase you want to follow her... I read a preview of it in the link here- http://www.hisyelloweyes.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=original&action=display&thread=55
I enjoyed the preview so much that I decided to buy it! (should be here in a couple days) then I will spend maybe 1 to 2 days reading it and then I'll report back here lol.
In other words here's a question: Do you believe in love at first sight? or in love at all for that matter? Answer in the comments-
and with that I might as well add the thought that I might be in love but I have no idea who this guy is... I know he has green eyes and dark hair and he continues to haunt my dreams every single night, just in the background or he'll see me and I him and he'll wink at me or even KISS me!I can never remember his face just his eyes and hair. (and I know they say that in your dreams you see people that you've actually seen before, but this seems different) and what I mean by that is everyone else in the dream I can remember their face but his I can't even if there's a whole crowed of people I can see their faces but not his. While I'm in the dream I see him perfectly but right when I wake up he's gone except his glowing green eyes and dark hair. if you can answer what this means please do I'm at a loss (of course! when am I not at a loss...) jk and with that I say goodbye till after I read "The Mediator"

Anyways lots of thngs have happened since I posted last, I got back in school which is actually cool I missed all my friends... (the reason I was out in first place is a long story) anyway here's my second book review... Meridian by Amber Kizer,
it's a great story about a girl who is half angel half human and get this she helps people to Heaven! I just loved that! she goes on a long journey to escape death threats from the Nocti which are the opposite of her they make people get to Hell... (not fun) but she meets her great great aunt who is like her and a boy named Tens. she almost instantly feels attraction to this boy and yeah lol but seriously this book is great I've read it three times in the past 5 months (I didn't have any new books) which didn't matter cause it was so good I really enjoyed reading three times. but it's a great book and I highly recommend it, it made my heart flutter!

Shiver by Maggie Stiefvater

wow I really don't blog much lol that's because I spend most my time on Twitter instead... (twitter.com/RISIBLErandom) Incase you have a twitter and would like to follow me...
I've decided that I'm going to turn this blog into a book review blog! mostly because I love books and books are just special to me as they are a lot of people. So here's the first book... Mostly because it's my new favorite and a lot of people are in to it now... Shiver by Maggie Stiefvater, I fell completely in love with this book. great charactors, scenery, story over all was truly awesome! I love Sam and Grace they just make the book so real with their seperate discriptions of the things they go through. honestly when I first heard about Shiver I wasn't interested because I'd fallen in love with Vampires from Twilight and kinda hated Jacob, but after I had found Shiver on borders.com the title and desription kept nawing at my brain so I went on Amazon and got it for Christmas with some other books I will talk about later.. But really I was surprised how much Maggie surprised me. I just completely fell in love with the wolves of Mercy Falls so therefore I highly recomend Shiver by Maggie Stiefvater!
